Linda Anderson Bio

I have have had a number of careers in my life!
In my first life I was a teacher and principal. I found I loved leadership/management and moved to corporate America where I was an executive with Dayton’s for 12 years.
I left corporate America to work in the not-for-profit world and was Executive Director for Big Brothers and Sisters of Greater Minneapolis.
The decade before I retired I was Director of Health and Human Services for St. Louis County in NE Minnesota. During that time I also served as Deputy Commissioner and Commissioner for Human Services for the Minnesota Department of Human Services, serving in the governor’s cabinet. I am now happily retired and living with my husband and puppy on beautiful Bad Medicine Lake!
